Dr Tolbert is very easy to talk to and explains everything and always so pleasant to everyone.

Dr. Tolbert had no respect for my wishes. I stated that I was getting a c-section and continued to push for me to try vaginally after I said no. As he walked out he said "ill put it in your chart in case you change your mind." No means no, do not assume I will change my mind.
