Dr. Tolbert was very thorough in providing information to me on my issues. He went beyond what any other doctor has ever done.
Dr Tolbert a great listener been seeing him as a patient for 8 yrs now understands my concerns and answers my questions and shares his knowledge
Dr Tolbert was very apologetic about not being able to access my records due to the system's being down, & he asked ?'s about my most recent tests, etc.
