I use My Chart to check in and answer questionnaires well in advance of my appt. I answered the text message to confirm, I answered the phone call to confirm, I have allowed access to my location as I approach. I'm sure no-shows and cancellations are a problem so I try to humor all the contact. I would like you to consider cutting back on some of the confirmation contacts, especially if the patient has already confirmed via My Chart and text. Thank you!

Professional care experience, as always.

I told Tim I had been have headaches every morning that woke me up and was dizzy and nausea. He checked my ears ,throat and nose. He gave me a prescription for infected ears. Went home started the meds sleep all night, no headaches . He was great.

My visit went as always…smoothly. I needed a form signed and faxed to Humana, it was a crucial form regarding my health plan. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure that Humana received the fax. My thanks and appreciation to all.

Each time I’ve needed help with my health, you have always been available to resolve my problems. If a reference was needed, you took care of that. In the present situation, I can visualize a closure to my problem soon.

I felt my appointment was very personalized. Talked about length of illness, all symptoms. How I had felt better, then suddenly got worse. Told me what he thought was the original problem and what it turned into. Very informative and the prescribed medication has helped tremendously. Would love for my husband to become a patient there as well, but last I checked, they were not accepting new patients. Will definitely try again.

My annual physical with Tim was not a typical doctor visit where a checklist of questions are fired off with no concern with my responses. He listened with concern and followed up with deeper questions regarding my health. I left my appointment very impressed and satisfied with my appointment

Fabulous practice! I was very sick and made an online appointment for way in the future by mistake. Your front desk person got me in that morning. I was so grateful and she was so kind. The PA I saw was amazing! I look forward to coming back in the future when needed. I will highly recommend this practice!

It was my first visit with Tim. And I was impressed. He rewrote a prescription for me. That wasn't feasible the first time around that it was ran through. But by him listening and writing it for me. I got my medication for free versus $300 before. Truly blessed. He will definitely be my doctor!!

I walked in without an appointment, due to a condition that was really bothering me. They had a cancellation so they offered that time to me. I hardly even had to wait. I was very pleased with both the office personnel and the doctor.
