Joan was wonderful. Answered my questions and very supportive of coming up with solutions to my concerns
Very professional staff. Always kind and willing to help.
Joan spent a lot of time answering my list of questions, and overall was very reassuring. I really liked her.
Only complaint is I made the appointment for Dr Fox and was not aware my appointment was with nurse practitioner until I looked in my chart. Must say Joan Munro was excellent.
Joannie made me feel heard, took the time to answer my list of questions without making me feel hurried..excellent practioner!
