The NP that I saw did not want to listen to what I know has worked for me in the past. I will not see her again. I am still having issues that I came in with (actually worse) and I am going to look at visiting a different clinic.

This provider was rude, came into the exam room looking at her phone, snapped at me and never did an examination. Never listened to my lungs. Landau was horrible

Brenda did a thorough job with a very caring attitude and answered all my questions. She explained in every day terms of about my health care, and asset to Novant

I appreciated that the provider discussed issue with another physician and followed up with more research and documentation.
