I'm a retired RN and never in all of my years as a patient or practicing professional have I EVER encountered a physician so caring and fully engaged with his patient! He knew my history before walking into the room for my first visit and he took extra time to explain and reassure. He made all the difference for a very necessary but frightening procedure.
