Dr Batchelor took lots If time to verbally explain the labs/tests/results. He compared this year's results with last year. Charts were included, along with written explanations. Throughout the visit he asked me questions and I had plenty of opportunities to ask him questions. Options were given when appropriate. It was absolutely the best doctor visit I have ever had!
