Alexis is caring and treats you like family.She has a great personality and very easy to talk to and listens to you . All the staff is courtesy and friendly.

Alexis and her nurse were absolutely wonderful! Ashley and a the girl I spoke to when I made the appointment and she was very kind and prompt in getting me something soon! The gentleman at the front desk was super bubbly and happy— which was nice to see when you walk in.

Wilkes has the best staff ever! So glad they take the time with me and not run me through like cattle like other offices. Front desk is always so polite and entertaining! Their whitty banter makes every feel at ease. Alexis was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen. Brianna was friendly with checking me in the room. Everyone from start to finish was just amazing! The only thing I see is the building needs some updating but the staff is top notch!
