Excellent care provider

The physician Dr A was very thorough. He had excellent bedside manners. He listened and I felt heard. I knew exactly what I needed to do to follow up if I needed to communicate with him further. He explained to me the purpose of prescribed medication also.

The first time we have met the doctor and we were extremely pleased and impressed with the way he handled and took care of my mom.

My care provider was excellent

I do not feel he really listened to my concerns.
