This was both my annual as well as initial visit to get established at a new medical facility outside of military facilities - it was time for several life check ups to occur and she has been wonderful working through referrals and labs and prescriptions. I feel grateful to have found this medical facility and provider.

I never feel comfortable around doctors in the past due to not hearing or listening to what I have to say. Katie was very professional and and had pre reviewed my issue before she seen me. She spent a lot of time reviewing my test results and explained/answered all my questions. She was phenomenal!. In past years most doctors are concerned about moving patients through in a hurry. My Novant health experience did not give me that feeling.

Katie was so warm and inviting. I could easily talk to her about my issues. She was not critical for this fluffy (overweight) woman. I was originally so stressed about meeting a new PA, she settled my nerves.
