Dr Neubauer was absolutely amazing and I am so excited to have him as my doctor. I had recently had an hospitalization and he reviewed all my results, talked to me about a plan for my diabetes, and addressed all of my concerns about various health issues. I felt listened to and felt like he was super competent and very capable. He called me a few weeks later to follow up on a medication request the pharmacy sent since he knew I could not swallow pills. Really over the moon excited to have a caring competent doctor. I feel like my health is in very good hands. This was a new patient visit also. Awesome impression 10/10.

Very pleasant experience! Rare these days! This was my introductory visit with Dr Neubauer. He and the staff at Monroe Family Medical made me feel at ease and didn’t apply any pressure to encourage me to do anything I didn’t feel comfortable doing. He encourages you to ask questions and answered the questions that I had. Thank you Dr Neubauer!!
