Robert Neubauer, MD

It was my first visit with Dr Neubauer & he is very thorough, answers questions, suggests future treatments. I think the most important aspect is that he smiled as a friend when speaking as a doctor. Any apprension I had vanished. He made sure all my questions were answered. He reminds me a lot of Dr Vargas & that's a very good thing!

He was very thorough

Although this is not exactly related to medical care, as I was leaving the clinic, I managed to have a problem with my car keys getting stuck in my car door. So, I requested assistance from the front office receptionists. I can't express enough how those 2 ladies helped me to find a locksmith in the area, and assist me with charging my cellphone, when the was running ver low. A hearty thanks to those wonderful employees!

They didn’t hesitate to say that I should see a foot doctor. When I didn’t understand something they explained until I understood what they were talking about. They were very kind to me and other people when we were waiting for blood tests. I don’t know what else to say no one likes going to the doctor but they make me as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Neubauer is an excellent listener; he fine tuned a health plan to my circumstance. He was patient in gathering details, and provided ‘what-if’ scenarios and what to do in the event of different issues that could arise, given the recommended regimen. He, and his staff are great to work with- thank you all.

I went for a yearly evaluation and figured I would be in and out see you later. I've seen a lot of doctors in my 73 years so good some not so good. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr Neubauer treaded me. I was not prepared for how well prepared he was. I've got a lot going on with my health and it was like he knew everything there was to know about me. It was as if he studied my history extensively. I did not feel one bit rushed. I was asked a number of times was there anything else. That helped jar my memory and think of things I otherwise wouldn't have. I came away feeling really good about my visit. My low expectations changed and I'm very grateful it did. Can't say enough how pleased I am. Because of my visit and the suggestions and changes made there's no doubt in my mind in a month or two I'll be healthier.
