Dr. M. Gamelin is exceptional, she always listens & has excellent doctor-patient bedside manners. Everyone else at this office is always professional, very pleasant & courteous. It is calming to visit for an appointment, & being a patient for over 7 years now it is always a positive point to see some of the same faces. Please keep up the great work. :)

Amazing experience. It has unfortunately been many years since I’ve had a doctor that both listened and gave reasonable thoughtful answers. She wasn’t dismissive but also was realistic about things that wouldn’t be an issue. I feel extremely comfortable with her and lucky that I found her so close to my house.

We're sent to get X-rays - possible pneumonia (my mother). We're contacted today that she does not. Asked what it was )not cover, flu, or RSV). When asked what it is we're told "Don't know).

Dr. Gamelin is the best doctor I have ever had and I am in my 70’s, so I have had quite a few in my lifetime. She is caring, knowledgeable and seems to be truly interested in knowing how you are doing. She seems to really care about her patients and takes the time to ask questions about your health, really listens to your answers and gives great advice.

Dr. Gambling is awesome

Dr. Gamelin is my mom's doctor. Mom followed her from Wilson because she seems to really care about her patients and know geriatric medicine. This office is the best run medical office I've ever seen! Staff are all friendly and i love you can actually talk to a nurse pretty quickly and not have to wait til the end of the day or next day. I have recommended this office to several people. First medical group that a phone call doesn't end up being frustrating and a long wait. We are thankful for Village Family Care.

This was the best primary care visit can remember, the staff (front desk check in, nurse and physician) we're professional and caring! Highly recommend this clinic!

The only complaint I have is how difficult it is to get questions answered by the person you are trying to reach. The patient portal is convenient, but slow. I’ve been waiting over 48 hours now for some clarification about my test results. I always wonder if the person I’m addressing my question to actually sees my correspondence. I’m aware that the physicians get so many messages that they need someone to screen and triage them, but for a patient waiting for answers from someone who knows their story personally , this can be frustrating.

Dr. MORGAN was very understanding of what I was in for and was very thorough. She was a blessing.
