Dr. Gamelin is the best doctor I have ever had and I am in my 70’s, so I have had quite a few in my lifetime. She is caring, knowledgeable and seems to be truly interested in knowing how you are doing. She seems to really care about her patients and takes the time to ask questions about your health, really listens to your answers and gives great advice.

Everyone was wonderful from the moment I walked in to check out. I felt very comfortable with my nurse and doctor. As a first time patient I am very happy I selected Novant to be my primary physician. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Dr. Gamelin made sure I received the best card and meds to help me improve. Love this staff. So glad I have Dr. Gamelin as my primary. I was seen 3 days ago and I am doing so much better.

Dr. Gamelin is my mom's doctor. Mom followed her from Wilson because she seems to really care about her patients and know geriatric medicine. This office is the best run medical office I've ever seen! Staff are all friendly and i love you can actually talk to a nurse pretty quickly and not have to wait til the end of the day or next day. I have recommended this office to several people. First medical group that a phone call doesn't end up being frustrating and a long wait. We are thankful for Village Family Care.

The only complaint I have is how difficult it is to get questions answered by the person you are trying to reach. The patient portal is convenient, but slow. I’ve been waiting over 48 hours now for some clarification about my test results. I always wonder if the person I’m addressing my question to actually sees my correspondence. I’m aware that the physicians get so many messages that they need someone to screen and triage them, but for a patient waiting for answers from someone who knows their story personally , this can be frustrating.

Dr. MORGAN was very understanding of what I was in for and was very thorough. She was a blessing.

We went and established care with Dr. Gamelin. We followed her when she moved from Wilson to wake forest because she is a wonderful doctor and really cares which is hard to find in a doctor.
