This is my second visit and it so appreciated that I leave with an action plan and relevant information each time.

Appointment was with a nutritionist?.did not pcome in contact with nurse nor doctor. Kristen was very helpful.

Excellent experience! Kristen A. was a tremendous resource for me. I recently had a mild stroke and have high blood pressure now and I have been struggling with daily routine and diet. Kristen Help navigate me through my needs and planning daily meals and what to look for when shopping. She was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. She reviewed everything at the end and let me know that she was available for any follow up Questions. I left there with colorful Charts of my new eating plan And some Sample weekly daily menus. I felt so relieved and so much more in control after My appointment. Again, an excellent resource.
