Kristen was extremely informative, she explained everything and answered all of my questions.

This was a very helpful visit for me. I'm a new Diabetic and it helped me to understand how to manage my diet. However, I feel a group class might be more beneficial as others might bring different questions to the table that I might not have thought about. Being new to Nutrition Changes having a group support could be helpful.

The provider was very professional, caring and well knowledgeable.

Kirsten was very informative and helped me so much with my type 2 diagnosis. She spoke in terms I could understand and she suggested tips that I could try to balance my A1C. She has a great pet and was so easy to talk with. I felt like she truly cared and you don't see that much anymore. I would recommend her and her services to the world!!
