Victoria Franklin was professional and very personable.I was so impressed that she took the time to review my chart prior to meeting me.

I was really impressed by the treatment that I received at this office and with (Victoria Franklin) nurse practitioner. She seemed concerned and engaged that made me feel really good about the visit altogether. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. I was a little nervous about the pap smear as I always seem to be and I was able to relax a little more. I would definitely recommend this provider to friends and my family members. Victoria Franklin has a special way of making you feel at ease and comfortable. It had been two years since my routine Pap test but, she remembered that my husband had been undergoing cancer treatments 2 years ago and asked how he was doing. That’s an excellent physican/PA that takes notes in patients records..made me feel she really cares to make connect with her patients

I was very satisfied with my visit. Delaney did a great job scheduling me and helping me on the phone. Dr. Victoria was compassionate in explaining what was happening with my miscarriage and what my options were. I appreciate the timeline that she gave me and she was helpful with the questions that I had. She had great bedside manner.

Excellent experience! From the moment I walked in the door! I went to the wrong location, the team swiftly rescheduled me at the original location giving me time to get there. The billing team took time to work through a unique situation and creatively address to support my needs. My provider took time to listen in a caring, thoughtful, supportive way and offer solutions. Victoria Franklin took the time to listen to all of my concerns and create a care plan specifically for me. Shaniqua listened and informed me of everything I had the right know, do and say. I was greeted by the front desk staff member in the warmest welcoming manner and was welcomed to the practice as a new patient by every staff member I came in contact with.

Victoria seemed very genuine and made me feel at ease for my first appointment/ pregnancy check-up. Victoria did not try to push any particular agendas and was very attentive to the questions and concerns my husband and I had.
