Having received bad news my options could have been explained better on how each process worked and how long it would take

Very thorough. Even though my issue wasn't life or death, I felt seen and heard.

I had received labs back that was directly related to me being diagnosed with a condition. I was only informed about this via a note in my file and never directly contacted. I was then told I need to see two different specialists and again was never told, just a note made in my file. I was never told the degree of my diagnosis and was never informed about proper maintenance or how to proceed moving forward. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed. At this point if there were any other options for OB care, I would be looking into it.

Victoria Franklin Is an exceptional provider. My spouse and I were astonished with her thorough chart review, and how many details she knew about my medical history, as well as personal details about our jobs and our family. She did not make us feel rushed, in the least, and covered all information with great compassion and respect. I cannot speak highly enough about how comfortable she made us feel, how professional yet approachable she was, and how pleased we were with our visit (and with many visits past with her).

At first I felt pressured to move forward with labs that would likely not be covered by my insurance, but after she let that go, she was very helpful with other questions.

It was my first visit with this doctor.. I was very impressed with the time she spent help me to understand my problem and possible solutions... She was outstanding.!

Victoria has great bedside manners and listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend her to others.

She seemed concerned and engaged that made me feel really good about the visit altogether. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. Victoria Franklin has a special way of making you feel at ease and comfortable. It had been two years since my routine Pap test but, she remembered that my husband had been undergoing cancer treatments 2 years ago and asked how he was doing. That?s an excellent physican/PA that takes notes in patients records..made me feel she really cares to make connect with her patients

My provider was amazing. I was so comfortable with her and felt like I was having conversations about my concerns and they were listened to and plans made and they gave me all the information I asked for. Dr. Victoria was compassionate in explaining what was happening with my miscarriage and what my options were. I appreciate the timeline that she gave me and she was helpful with the questions that I had. She had great bedside manner.

Excellent experience! From the moment I walked in the door! I went to the wrong location, the team swiftly rescheduled me at the original location giving me time to get there. The billing team took time to work through a unique situation and creatively address to support my needs. My provider took time to listen in a caring, thoughtful, supportive way and offer solutions.
