Dr. Franklin was very kind and a great listener. She made the decision to change the date of my c-section based on new changes to my health, and it was nice to know she took mine and my baby's safety seriously.

I appreciate Adrianna because when I was weighed she did not show me my weight or say it out loud. I have dealt with some disordered eating habits in the past and hearing your weight can be triggering. I also appreciate Victoria for providing me with answers to all questions I had in a compassionate and informed way.

Everyone I encountered was fantastic! My nurse and the lady at reception were very kind and helpful. The phlebotomist was one of the best I've ever had (not sure her name but she was an older lady from NY). I had a lot of blood taken but she made me more comfortable and I didn't even bruise after.

It would be beneficial to be able to call your practice and actually have someone answer a phone, rather than an automated phone promoter. It is very frustrating to try and actually get someone on the phone.

All the staff were very professional and answered all the questions I had asked. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I liked the check in /out circular area, great teamwork. I did not have to wait at all. This was my first visit and I was very impressed by everyone that I met. Ms . Franklin was terrific. She assured me that I was very healthy and answered all my questions. She addressed all my concerns. Quite a nice young woman.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. There did seem to be not enough staff in the front and the girl seemed overwhelmed by the amount of check ins, but she was kind and helped everyone as soon as she could.

Really appreciated Vicki's acknowledgment it's hard to change providers. I felt at ease with her and confident about her care for my health.

the provider is see is great and I feel comfortable asking her any qusetions.

I love the staff there! Everyone is very nice and helpful. My doctor helped me and listened to me ever step of the way and gave me options to choose from and helped me pick the best one!

I appreciated the efficiency. I did not feel rushed and I also did not experience long waits between care. I did wonder why I filled out a complete health history when I checked in online but then was given "paperwork" to fill out (which I never was able to bc they were so quick to bring me back for my exam) and when I mentioned to the MA and NP that I had not finished the paperwork they both said it wasn't necessary . Just seems like a strange process.

Everyone was so nice at Glen Meade OBGYN. I was greeted promptly and very helpful at front desk. The nurse was great & our NP Victoria Franklin was fantastic, we had a great first appt there.

I was somewhat frustrated by the confusion of getting mixed feedback from providers regarding my first anatomy scan. during the scans i was relieved, and happy about the health of the baby and me even during my visit felt this way, but then received a call back saying i needed to see a high risk specialist with results left in my portal left with no answers and no options but to wait to speak with providers for clarity. i think results shouldnt be available until practitioners have thoroughly spoken with the patient.
