Dr. Kimberly Hopkins is an awesome physician. She is patient and listens. Very professional and I never feel rushed as a patient.

Dr Hopkins is the GOAT. I send everybody I know to her. I'd fight somebody on sight for not agreeing she's the best. Luckily, everyone already knows she the best.

I found Dr Hopkins after a miscarriage and some very poor and unprofessional care with another system. I am so fortunate to have found a doctor who listens, cares, and is knowledgable. I have never felt some empowered about my health and care.

The staff is always friendly and professional. This is not always the case in medical offices. Also I appreciated that the waiting room was not overcrowded and I didn't have to wait long. Every person in the office seemed pleasant and had a sense of humor. This is especially appreciated in an environment I find nerve wracking. I do not like this annual exam! Dr. Hopkins is always efficient, and patient with my probably nervous demeanor.

This was my first visit the experience was great... see you next year for my annual.

The entire office was friendly! The technician who took my vitals was very friendly and personable. The MD was also personable. She made recommendations to clear my concern about an ongoing issue. I am happy with my choice to see this provider.

My doctor was amazing.

She made me feel we were on the same page in regards to my OVERALL health needs, and we agreed to delay any procedures until needed. She ordered labs for my other concerns. Lab tech (male) was AMAZING I didn't feel a thing!!

When I first walked in I had to say good morning twice before I was acknowledged however people who came in after me weee greeted right away. The doctor was very short and lacked interpersonal skills when communicating with me.

I had a great first visit with Dr Hopkins and staff. No measurable wait time in the waiting room, everyone was prepared. I do have one gripe that’s an easy fix. GPS sent me in circles, I stopped to call the office and the voice prompts did the same; a live person should answer during working hours.

I began seeing physicians at Novant after my primary care physician moved to Novant. I have not switched all my providers to Novant and I have never been happier. Their level of care and concern is unmatched. Dr. Hopkins is passionate about what she does and provides wellness care that not only includes medicine but literature and resources to keep you informed. I cannot ask for a better physician for me at this time in my life.

Dr. Hopkins was very nice and understanding. I’ve shared some personal information about myself in a negative manner, and she responded in a positive way, which caused me to change my attitude instantly! She even told me to relax, and to think solely on the good things. Interactions like that are always memorable!

Dr. Hopkins seemed to truly listen to and be interested in the care she provided to me. I really only see her once per year, but she has been one of the best physicians I have ever had. She is "tops."

I just want to say, I haven’t had the best experience with OBGYN’s in the past. MY APPOINTMENT WAS THE BEST. She understood my feelings on “pap smears” and how I really hate them and she was gentle and made me feel like she cared and wasn’t rushing. I appreciate that. She also spoke with me about some other personal things which I really appreciated as well because my morning wasn’t good prior to going to my appointment. The CMA was nice as well. We didn’t talk much, because I was in a bad mood but she remain professional and got me squared away and for that I appreciate her as well.
