First time seeing this provider as I went in through Urgent Care. She was very attentive and thorough

The physician did not seem to care about my concerns. I felt like she had no interest in helping.

I am hard of hearing and my son warned the doctor to speak clearly and look at me. The room set up is such that she had her back to me and craned her neck over to talk to me. Can the room set-up be changed so the PCP is actually FACING the patient? It made the appointment pretty hard work!

I had to repeat questions to her. She was also very rude and not the least bit friendly. Probably one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. I strongly do hope to be able to switch doctors.
