Provider seemed rushed, she was arrogant and made me feel stupid.

Deana is the best! One of the best PA's I've had during any Novant visit.

Deana is extremely intelligent and knows her profession - I have no doubts. But it's difficult to talk to her because when I ask her a question, she makes me feel dumb for not knowing the answer. She seems to assume that I should have basic knowledge of my condition when I do not, and yet I'm afraid to ask many questions because I don't like being treated like I'm ignorant. Basically she is intelligent but cold.

Deana Smart is very good at what she does. I am very impressed with her knowledge and communications with dealing with my issues.
