Menli seemed to sincerely care about answering our questions and giving us good advice and info for things that we might need in the future. She takes time to listen and communicates very well. We are very pleased with the care that we received from Menli and Dr. Friedman. The staff in the lab is also caring and shows concern, especially Laney. The staff at the front desk are also very considerate and friendly. Visiting Novant Urology is usually a very pleasant experience for us.
