Initially I was told that I couldn’t get an appointment until October and I was upset. However, a patient canceled while I was talking to the receptionist and they asked could I make it in an hour. I said yes and I was seen promptly. I thank God because I was going to urgent care.

I waited over 10 minutes after my appointment time to even be brought back and I was there as asked 10 minutes before so 30 minutes roughly before I was called back. Dr Duvall has a very calming personality. I was anxious coming in but she calmed me down tremendously

I did not wait in the room long before Dr. Duval arrived and most important I didn’t feel rushed. She took the time to answer my questions, put me at ease and even had small talk. All in a short space of time! The nurse who attended to me was really nice. We had each other laughing while she did her preliminaries. The whole staff was great from those at the front desk to the one who set me in the right direction to get out. Wonderful place which was welcoming on a cold, wet, muggy afternoon.??????

The scheduled appointment was for annual dermatology skin screening. However, I have been suffering from RSV since Christmas Eve though no longer contagious so I kept this appointment. The provider was very kind and reassuring about the RSV symptoms that are dragging on. Her kindness was healing in addition to her competence.

I have been seeing P.A. Catherine Duval for a few years now. She always takes the time to explain any procedure or treatment in detail and her warm and caring nature helps ease any worries I might have. I always feel my concerns are heard and she takes her time with appointments.
