I was asked questions about any changes about my health since my last visit.

The walls inside the rooms are thin because you can hear the conversation about other patients while sitting in the room waiting for the provider.

You’re not just a number with this provider! Dr. Shugart and her staff make you feel comfortable and cared about. That’s the way it used to be years ago. So happy and appreciative to see professionalism and kindness here.

While this is a good practice, as with most medical facilities there is a loss of personalization and feeling of belonging. When you become sick, your doctor is rarely if ever available. She is excellent and I have complete confidence in her but when someone doesn’t know you and you have multiple problems, it is hard to start over with someone again and again.
