I was very pleased with this provider. She was personable and professional. She spent time explaining my fracture and that I wouldn't require surgery. She told me about splinting options and how much I can more my hand, arm, elbow and weight limits. This included that I need to move unaffected joints but to keep the upper arm/shoulder immobile. My pain was addressed and treated with extra instructions not to take any additional Tylenol when I explained what I took Saturday and Sunday.
