Dr Chase is great

To start with the receptionists are so sweet and friendly. The nurses are very nice and professional. Dr. Chase is probably the best doctor that I have ever seen. She doesn't put a bandaid on your problems, she looks for the cause, and if she isn't sure she doesn't brush it off, she will send you to a specialist to help you. I appreciate the service that I recieve there and would tell others.

I think the Medicare wellness exam should be optional. Also routine lab should be scheduled same day as physical. I travel an hour one way. My husband's office has lab same day as exam.

Very professional with a calming bed-side manner

I was taken early for my appt, and was seen promptly by the dr. I needed an ultrasound for a possible blood clot, and was seen right away. Everyone was very courteous and efficient.

I came in worried that I had a blood clot in my leg. I was seen early by Dr. Chase, who immediately sent me to Radiology for an ultrasound. Radiology also too me right away. I was in and out in an hour. Test results were back shortly after I got home. Fortunately, no blood clot. It was a very positive experience for me. Thank you.

I have never had such a seamless, supportive and informative appointment with a healthcare professional, than I have with Dr. Chase. She is an absolute dream to work with. My current symptoms have been awkward in nature and a bit difficult to discuss.. between Dr.Chase and her MA's, they have made the process of dialing into my symptoms more relaxed and palatable. After several visits with this team, I would 1000% them to anyone looking for a PCP.

My only complaint was about how difficult it was to make an appointment. I had to make my first appointment, three months in advance, the doctor asked me to come back in two months, but I'm going to have to wait three months because she's not available.

I have avoided going to a primary care doctor for years due to dealing with dismissive, non-caring doctors. I heard plenty of great things about this office and figured I'd finally give it a chance. Dr. Chase and her team were all so kind, attentive, and professional. I'm happy I made the step!

My husband and I just moved to this area a few months ago. He and I are just getting established with new health providers. We were referred to this facility/ doctor by our daughter who is already established with her. We were very satisfied with her and her staff and the office as a whole. All of them were very professional and considerate. Glad we were referred to her. ?

Dr. Chase was up to date on my current medical conditions. She answered all of my questions and concerns.

Dr Chase was outstanding and very knowledgeable, she listened to my concerns and addressed them with a treatment plan that will address everything thing. She made sure to ensure I understood all the directions and reasons for them. I am very impressed with her care. Also Stacey was excellent and thorough she was very personal and happy not without a smile or giggle. I received several injections from her and they were explained completely and I appreciate the gentle application of the injections. Over all excellent visit!

I've been seeing Dr. Chase since her residency, she has always been super caring, very informative, and passionate about what she does! She delivered my first baby and say him until he was 2 1/2 she is kind and gentle with kids as well as adults. She really listens to every concern and makes sure you know exactly what your care going forward needs to be.

So surprised to have such concierge type service! Very warm, concerned and thorough. Thank them for their great attitudes, it shows in their service!

Whomever works at the front desk for Dr Chase is amazing. She called to let us know the appointment time needed to be moved and called with options instead of just cancelling or telling us that without a solution. She was incredibly nice. Dr chase was great with my daughter. She listened to her history and made jokes with her to make her feel comfortable. She came on recommendation to us from another provider and I'm so happy we listened.

Dr Chase listens and remembers things you spoke about at your last visit. These are things that are not in the chart; remarkable memory! I came to the Ogden practice when she graduated residency and I am very happy that I did.

Both Stacy, the assistant to Dr. Jessica Chase, and Dr. Chase were professional and very pleasant and took their time to listen to my concerns, even if it was my first visit with much new information, they took their time and let me know that if I had any concerns after the visit just to contact them again. They also called the day after to check in who I was.. wonderful. I can warmly recommend them and this clinic. The great thing is that they have both radiology, lab and physical therapy there as well.

I was so sick that a zoom meeting didn't really work for me. I ended up going to the Medec in Porters neck the next day and was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and given prescriptions for an antibiotic and an inhaler . Dr Chase was pleasant enough but the receptionist who Answered the phone should have told me To go to urgent care.

All staff members were excellent! Women at checkout assisted me with making appointments for both of my children. I did leave a voicemail message as a new patient to set up and appointment and it was a 3 weeks before I received a call back. It shouldn't be that difficult.
