This was my first time seeing Christina, and I thought she was great! Very personable and knowledgeable. Decreased the dose of my current medication due to low blood pressure and told me what to do at home, to contact her via My Chart, and other options if the decrease doesn't solve the problem. The woman who checked me in and did my EKG was so thoughtful and sweet. Made sure I was covered because I planned poorly and wore a dress. She explained the pulse, blood pressure etc as she went along. Sorry that I forgot her name! She followed up after the appointment to explain the check out papers, and walked me to the door. Great experience all around!

Every member of the staff was courteous, and I was seeing right on schedule. I was not rushed during the visit, ask if you questions, and they were answered thoroughly. So glad to see healthcare providers, going back to the basics and truly taking care of the patient.

I arrived early, prepared to wait until my appointment time, but was brought in early, which I loved. Christina Marie Lafooh(sp?) was amazing. She listened to and answered all of my questions . She took the time to make me feel important and relaxed at the same time.

I would have preferred to see my doctor rather than NP. NP was competent but not very understanding or flexible. Her advice was sound just not timely. Not a criticism, just an observation.

My prescription wasn't clear at the pharmacy and when I called I was told it would take 72 hours to get it. That was a little disturbing to me what if I was in desperate need of it.To me that was unacceptable.
