Great experience with Dr Gentile's entire team. The nurses returned my phone calls very fast and did everything they could to help alleviate the post op pain I was in. The pharmacy screwed it up thou. I don't think I've ever been to a doctor before where the entire team knew my situation and all tried to help. I've talked to 4 different nurses, 2 PA'S and Dr Gentile which is incredible in my opinion. All were very well informed and it seemed that it really didn't matter who I saw that I felt that I was in good hands. While I hope that I never have to deal with the Team again, if I did need any type of Orthopedic care, they would be my first call to get my situation fixed fast and efficiently. I just don't want to break any more bones and need any additional surgery. LOL

I was shocked to get an appointment the same day as I enquired about one. I was welcomed to the office and handled paperwork and payment in a timely manner. I was very impressed with my doctor and the staff. I was treated respectfully and professionally. Any and all questions were answered by everyone, especially Dr. Gentile. I had virtually no wait time between x-rays, to the nurse's visit to go over my medications, etc., to the P.A. who was very courteous and friendly and then within a minute or so, the doctor arrived. I wish al of my doctor visits would go like this one.
