Dr. Chipman is one of the best doctors I have ever met with. He listens to you and then gives a honest answer. I was as impressed with him as any doctor that I have met at Novak. Please don’t tell Dr. Z what I just said. You folks be blessed.

I would travel far and wide to be treated by Dr. Joseph Chipman. His professional and caring manner in which he treats his patients is unique and definitely unmeasurable. Most seniors don't like change and today's younger medical professionals are not like what we are used to. Dr. Chapman doesn't treat his patients like a number. He shows his people skills first, and that relaxes a patient before any medical procedure or talks are given.
