I felt like the overall tone and attitude of the visit was a bit flippant. I gained a little weight since last year and I felt like I was getting reprimanded and being told basic nutrition info that a 10 year old would probably know.it just didn't seem understanding or like the convo was geared towards me - it felt like a prepackaged speech about nutrition that is given to everyone, making me feel a bit dismissed.
