Prior to this experience I had grown to feel like I was not being heard and being overlooked by most health care providers. I was discouraged and wondered if I would ever get proper care despite paying thousands of dollars in medical bills. I have stopped crying about no longer feel dismayed and dismissed. For the first time in a long time I am starting to feel relief from my physical ailments that is improving my quality of life in a way where I am no longer fearful that I am being left to go home and die.

It was my first visit with Dr. Arain and I really, really liked her. I’m very happy to make her my PCP.

Dr Arain is wonderful. She really takes time to listen and goes over and above to provide great care.

The doctor was rude and didn’t want to listen. She even laughed at what I had to say. She was very condescending. I tried to talk about my concerns and she started to interrupt what I had to say. I have a lot of things going on, and I’m trying to find a doctor who wants to listen and go through my chart. I want to make sure I’m doing everything I can to keep me as healthy as possible. She was definitely a wrong choice. I had to inform her that she was being combative and wasn’t listening. I will not be back. And her remark stating that I had issues with all doctors is incorrect. I have one doctor that doesn’t have time for me because she has too many patients. She took that comment and ran with it. I hope no other patient has to experience the same thing I went through.

I consider myself very fortunate that walk-in patients are permitted. My staph infection could have been a lot worse if I had to wait for an appointment.

Dr Arain is by far the best doctor I have ever had and always takes the time to listen, and thoroughly take care of my needs! Her nurse and the other staff in the office are top notch!

I truly appreciate Dr. Arain’s kindness. It is a quality that not all physicians share. It’s unfortunate that the healing role of kindness does not seem to be recognized by all medical practitioners. This was my first visit with Dr. Arain after I had a mastectomy. The surgical experience made me feel like I was a car being serviced. Dr. Arain made me feel like a human, and helped me feel healed.

My visit to hospital was very good. Doctor listen to me very carefully and now i am waiting my further appointment for MRI for my right Knee and physical therapist.

I did a walk in by 8.00 am. I had no problems. They asked routine questions. Waited about 20 minutes, Dr Arains Assistant call me back, she was very sweet and seemed to be concerned, very patient. For the most part she's a little impatient. I was very pleased with my visit Thursday. Dr Arain is always very concerned, patient and encouraging. Thank you Dr Arain and her assistant.

Dr. Arain is the best! She is a number one doctor, A+. She has the greatest bed side manner. She gives excellent advice & she's not bias & she has the ability to be patient without becoming annoyed or anxious. I've dealt with other doctors in the office. She is the best all around.

Dr Arain is the best doctor I have ever had.

I need more information on my condition to take back to my job. I did not get a note to take to my job as I had requested. The My Chart results are not helpful because there are too many medical terms/abbreviations that I don’t understand. What happened to the doctor or nurse calling to explain the results. I’m tired of googling to figure out what’s being said.

First time I saw Dr. Arain. She was kind and thorough during my appointment. The only negative was waiting 20 mins past appointment time to be taken to exam room.

I have been so impressed with the friendliness and care provided by Dr Arain and her staff. I would definitely recommend the office to anyone looking for a new care provider.

I actually did not get appointment but I was asked to walk in at some time. I had to wait for some time but I was able to meet the doctor and got the treatment. Thanks for accommodating.

It was an annual check up. The team did not tell me to come fasting and the blood was drawn only during fasting and not after fasting. I was expecting that both fasting and after fasting blood work will be done. And I haven’t heard from the doctor for one of my test results. For continuing the current medications When I messaged them thru the app they didn’t respond yet. It’s been 3 days.

I thought it was a very nice and clean hospital with caring people. Great location and easy to get to.
