It was an annual check up. The team did not tell me to come fasting and the blood was drawn only during fasting and not after fasting. I was expecting that both fasting and after fasting blood work will be done. And I haven’t heard from the doctor for one of my test results. For continuing the current medications When I messaged them thru the app they didn’t respond yet. It’s been 3 days.

I thought it was a very nice and clean hospital with caring people. Great location and easy to get to.

I felt the provider dismissed my issues and didn’t care what I had to say about my urgent problems. The provider seemed annoyed and irritated when I asked further questions. The provider did not listen intently and overall seemed disinterested when we were discussing my issue. The provider gave me no follow up steps or resources to help with the ongoing issue at end. I left feeling more discouraged about my problem than hopeful.

She took her time with me, I didn’t feel rushed I like that the lab is in the office and no wait time I feel safe and confident in my Dr
