I really like the PA I saw. (Kirk) She is excellent!! And also very nice.

My nurse and the p.a. were wonderful to me in spite of the fact I had a cold of sort and I was worried about giving them a germ. They kept reassuring me not to worry and focused on me feeling better. The P.A. and nurse both I hope is novant compensates them well with a sizeable paycheck as they certainly are top quality in kindness ,knowledge and gentle friendly care . Please keep them they are wonderful.

I was able to see Catherine Kirk within an hour of my call, since I was experiencing vague symptoms that were diagnosed as Covid. It was amazing to be seen quickly, be tested and diagnosed and home with medication within hours of feeling that I had an issue. This provider listened carefully to my description of symptoms, checked vital signs and gave me full information as to how to proceed with medication and rest. She was kind, efficient and professional and her demeanor gave me confidence that I was receiving the best possible treatment.
