I was very grateful that I could get an appointment the same day. I had not met P.A. Catherine Kirk before, but I knew she had great ratings. She exceeded expectations. She was understanding, patient, supportive, and spent a great deal of time answering my questions about my symptoms, which turned out to be sciatica. She pulled up a diagram of the human body to explain to me what was happening, which helped me alot and made the pain that I had experienced make perfect sense, because I could see its origin and pathway. She listened deeply and responded in ways that made me feel understood. I have alot of confidence in her medical judgment, based on this visit. She is also personally delightful - a wonderful combination of highly professional and yet personable. That really helps set a nervous patient at ease!

I really like the PA I saw. (Kirk) She is excellent!! And also very nice.

My nurse and the p.a. were wonderful to me in spite of the fact I had a cold of sort and I was worried about giving them a germ. They kept reassuring me not to worry and focused on me feeling better. The P.A. and nurse both I hope is novant compensates them well with a sizeable paycheck as they certainly are top quality in kindness ,knowledge and gentle friendly care . Please keep them they are wonderful.

I feel I now have 2 great Drs to call on when needed. She really listens, does not rush you and makes you feel very cared for.
