The office staff is awesome. The providers and staff are working as hard as they can with their limited resources that Novent has provided them with. However, since Novent took over our appointments have to get changed. Sometimes for months out because of poor staffing issues. I feel the clinic is awesome. However, Novent just counting cost to make more money which is unsafe for the patients and staff.

Michelle Stough and her assistant Annika are just amazing and awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They treat their patients like family and actually do care about them.

PA was very knowledgeable and listened to me. She diagnosed my simptoms and prescribed a med. She has a good bedside manner and I feel she is more interested in my situation than my doctor.

These folks all seem to care and are very polite and respectful.

I waited 30 minutes for the provider without anyone letting me know why it took so long. After speaking to the PA, I understood the the problem and I felt better.

Michelle Stough spent a lot of time with me at this appointment. I needed a change in the dosage of my medication. Michelle was very thorough in explaining how to take the new dosage. I never felt like she was rushing through my appointment even though they were extremely busy. We also discussed how we could communicate through My Chart which I found very helpful.

Michelle is wonderful! She listens to our concerns and explains things clearly. You can tell she is concerned with your wellbeing. She never makes us feel like she is in a hurry to get to the next patient. I would highly recommend her!
