This office on Randolph road has the best people working there than any office I’ve gone to. There front desk people are so friendly an the nurses are too. They talk to you not just go thru the process of asking questions from the computer, they are friendly an do care how u feel!

Jennifer and all of Dr. Back's staff have been fantastic with me. If anyone I know is having back or neck problems I will definitely send them to Dr. Back and his team. Not only are they very good and attentive to helping me, Dr. Back is a excellent surgeon. He not only repair the issues with pain that I came to him for, the ease of recovery was and is very good and easy. I have had two lower back surgeries before this one about 12 years ago and the recovery was a lot harder than this surgery. And I was a lot younger. I was up and walking around the evening of the surgery and trust me that is a good feeling after a major surgery like I had. Still in the recovery stages but for the most part all is going well

I was so thankful that my visit was with Jennifer Johnson. She listened carefully as I described my symptoms and all I had been through trying to understand and get help for my hip/ back/ issues. She was patient and understanding. She offered me time to ask questions which she answered by showing me a chart of the spine and describing what was going on and why I felt this way. Beter yet, she prescribed options for me. I can’t say enough about how effective she is with patients for I know I’m not the only one who needed to understand just why and what was happening in my body as this was something that had not happened to me before. The whole team was just the best! Thank you..
