Dr. Collins saw me b/c my regular provider at same location was not in office that day but he and my reg. provider spoke about my case. He had gone over my records, recent visit, etc. he treated me with kindness, respect, and knowledge. I wasn’t surprised at this level of care at al b/c my regular provider has the same care, compassion, and respect. I am new to here and Novant but I have to say I’ve never encountered more patient courtesy and respect than with Novant Steelcroft Primary Care!

Although wellness exams are brief. Dr. Collins makes use of every second to be thorough in his allotted time. He presents himself in a friendly and personal way to put me at ease and exerts no pressure to leave before all questions are answered

This was my first Appt with Dr Collins. My regular PMD was with other patients and I felt urgency to see an MD that day. Dr. Collins did a fine job; he was thorough and came to an accurate diagnosis and explanation. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an MD provider.
