I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dsa. She took the ball and made sure I was thoroughly checked out with tests, imaging etc. She really pushed to see that I was taken care of immediately. She kept me informed, arranged a visit for an MRI, and checked on me. I know I’m not her only patient, but she made me feel that way with her caring manner and follow-ups.

Can’t imagine a better personal physician than Dr Dsa! I feel she is thorough in her work and never makes me feel rushed when I have an appointment. She answers all my silly questions and I feel like she cares about my and my wife’s health on a personal basis! I wish Novant hired enough staff to actually answer the phone in the office when you call but they don’t.

Dr Dsa is very thorough and actively listens and processes my concerns so she can provide exceptional care. I’m extremely thankful for the same day appointment addition to the provider schedules. It was very hard to see any provider previously when a need arose and I want one of my family doctors to see routine issues, rather than needing to go to an urgent care clinic and see an unfamiliar provider (and pay a higher copay!).

Dr. Dsa saw me for an urgent appointment when her coworker (my usual PCP) was off for the day. She was efficient and thorough and even contacted my nephrologist. She is very informative and I feel like my time with her is about me. KFM is so blessed to have her on their staff. When I went to check out, I met another sweet lady. I've never had a bad visit at KFM but this was definitely the best.On a scale of 1-10, this visit was an 11+.... absolutely off of the chart. Great and caring job by everyone!
