I always look forward on seeing my Doctor and going into the facility.

Dr.Dsa and her entire staff were very helpful and professional!!

I always feel comfortable when I walk in. The staff is doing great job. Dr. Dsa is doing a wonderful job, listening, advising and explaining test results step by step. She is a great doctor.

Everyone was so nice. The doctor not only listened to what I had to say, but she asked engaging questions that reminded me of other concerns I had forgotten about. The nurse who took my history was also fantastic. The lab nurse listened to my concerns as I often get faint when having blood drawn. She did an amazing job. I was definitely impressed with the team and I feel comfortable with this practice.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dsa. She took the ball and made sure I was thoroughly checked out with tests, imaging etc. She really pushed to see that I was taken care of immediately. She kept me informed, arranged a visit for an MRI, and checked on me. I know I’m not her only patient, but she made me feel that way with her caring manner and follow-ups.

Can’t imagine a better personal physician than Dr Dsa! I feel she is thorough in her work and never makes me feel rushed when I have an appointment. She answers all my silly questions and I feel like she cares about my and my wife’s health on a personal basis! I wish Novant hired enough staff to actually answer the phone in the office when you call but they don’t.

I am 78 years of age and Dr.Dsa is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. I can’t possibly say enough good things about her.

Dr Dsa is very thorough and actively listens and processes my concerns so she can provide exceptional care. I’m extremely thankful for the same day appointment addition to the provider schedules. It was very hard to see any provider previously when a need arose and I want one of my family doctors to see routine issues, rather than needing to go to an urgent care clinic and see an unfamiliar provider (and pay a higher copay!).

Really like Dr Dsa and the staff at NOVANT Kernersville family practice. Very caring and polite. I have been able to contact when needed and gotten a response in a reasonable time.

Dr. Dsa was wonderful. My sibling (the patient) has an intellectual disability and Dr. Dsa took tremendous care to address all of her needs. We were both very pleased with this visit and are so happy to have found her.

Dr. Dsa saw me for an urgent appointment when her coworker (my usual PCP) was off for the day. She was efficient and thorough and even contacted my nephrologist. She called me later and explained my need to go to the hospital and facilitated my admission via a hospitalist. Dr. Dsa was kind (as I was very anxious) and I was very impressed with her care.

First contact, all staff were cordial and considerate, very professional. Dr. Dsa was very thorough, communicated very clearly, covered all my meds, surgeries and illnesses. She went through all my questions and concerns, and took immediate action to address an immediate Orthopedic issue by referral. She made me feel very comfortable that my medical issues and care are in capable hands.

The visit started with a very pleasant greeting at the front desk. Very shortly afterwards, I was called back by the nurse. She was very pleasant and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable prior to my visit from Dr. Dsa. There is not a more caring doctor in the Novant system than Dr. Joylin Dsa. She is very informative and I feel like my time with her is about me. KFM is so blessed to have her on their staff. When I went to check out, I met another sweet lady. I've never had a bad visit at KFM but this was definitely the best.On a scale of 1-10, this visit was an 11+.... absolutely off of the chart. Great and caring job by everyone!
