I was drawn to the field of surgery after seeing firsthand the impacts a surgeon can have on a patient's life. When I was a sophomore in college, my father required emergency heart bypass surgery. I saw the immediate and enduring impacts his surgeons had not just on his life but on the lives of everyone in our family. I wanted an opportunity to make a similar impact, so I became a surgeon as well.

As a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, I am able to help not only my patients but other surgeon...

He is very skilled. I can barely even see the surgical site through my full head of hair, and I still have the stitches in. I'm very confident I won't have any issues at all.That was extremely important to me because I really wanted to avoid any hair loss. While I understand there's always a possibility of that happening, he took the time to reassure me and was very thoughtful in his approach. Whatever technique he used was clearly the right one because, based on the results so far, I'm very impressed.
