I really liked Dr. Ellis. He was cordial and I feel like he really cared about me and my health and heart. Since covid it seems everybody is afraid of me. And I feel like he is going to give me good direction about how to move forward with some heart issues. As usual, there were no delays, and Dr Ellis and staff were exceptionally efficient. I was treated politely and all of my questions were answered fully.

It took several months to get an appointment but when I needed an echocardiogram, it was done STAT and I was very pleased with that. I knew that if anything serious was shown on the test I would be seen right away. I am always happy with the level of care I get with this provider.

As far as the physician visit, it was excellent. I do have issues with the scheduling procedure. I feel that cardiac schedules should have availability to the patient to schedule more than 1 month in advance. It is very difficult to get called one month and schedule for that month and if no availability try for the next month and if that fails , you have to wait another 30 days to try again. Just not good business practice...especially for patients who have serious chronic cardiac issues.
