Although all of my tests had not come back in a timely manner, Morgan sat with me and discussed options and explained them quite thoroughly. She sat relaxed as if I were the only patient she had to see and answered all my questions and discussed all my issues with the options that were considered. Although very professional, she was also very human and understood my issues.
