I got in my car and cried afterwards because this is the first time a doctor I've gone to about the specific issue I was visiting for actually took the time to listen to me. Dr. Rives heard my concerns, listened to what I was wanting to do, and respected my autonomy while kindly and appropriately going over everything that my decision for surgery would entail. I left feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders.

It was my first time seeing Dr.Rives and he was exceptional. I took a slight fall in my pregnancy the night before and was extremely nervous about my baby. He was so calm and explained everything to me and made me feel so much better. He even walked my husband and I all the way to the check out and helped us update our appointment for next time. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Rives and his staff are absolutely awesome care providers! I am extremely impressed with Dr. Rives both for in-person visits and for his help with an issue I shared on the MyChart portal. His responses were quick, thoughtful, and helpful. I was especially pleased that he followed up to make sure that the care pathway he offered was working and that I was feeling better.
