Dr. Rives provides an exceptional experience. He is thorough in what needs to happen to address the problem. He goes the extra mile to ensure you understand what was talked about as well. He runs right on schedule and has a fantastic bedside manner!

New patient experience was most awesome from front end to Dr. Felt comfortable discussing issues and options available.

The visit itself was helpful but I did not feel that my healthcare was fully integrated between visits. For example the Novant ER prescribed an antibiotic but this was not addressed at this appointment. At my previous appointment (prior to ER visit) I was told I would need a TSH test and this was also not addressed. I did not remember these things to bring up at the time and they are not necessarily urgent but they are in my chart and I would like to feel that the practice is looking out for details like this. That being said, my appointment had to cover some difficult things and there will be time to address these other tests later.

I made this appointment for one Pacific reason. So for me to come in and not get that issue addressed and the doctor told me he was gonna make an appointment for a couple weeks out when I check out for my appointment. They had none so now I have to call again and make a second appointment For something I needed addressed the first time

I would like to say that all staff and doctor were so understanding and caring about me and my diagnosis and it feels good because I know I am in good hands. Thanks!

This was a life-changing experience for me. I’ve never felt more heard at a gynecologist ever in my life. I literally cried when I left because of how satisfied I was with my care I’ve never had people pay that much attention to my concerns and make me feel so ease about my questions Genuinely.
