Dr Rives was so amazing. I hate that I'm 5 hours away from the facility, bc I would absolutely see him regularly if that were an option. He genuinely listened, cared, and explained everything to me in great detail. The way he listened and answered my questions was just amazing. My last experience with a surgeon was very poor, so he totally redeemed my faith in surgeons actually have personalities and good bedside manner. I absolutely love Dr Rives. He is an asset to your facility.

I got in my car and cried afterwards because this is the first time a doctor I've gone to about the specific issue I was visiting for actually took the time to listen to me. Dr. Rives heard my concerns, listened to what I was wanting to do, and respected my autonomy while kindly and appropriately going over everything that my decision for surgery would entail. I left feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders.

It was my first time seeing Dr.Rives and he was exceptional. I took a slight fall in my pregnancy the night before and was extremely nervous about my baby. He was so calm and explained everything to me and made me feel so much better. He even walked my husband and I all the way to the check out and helped us update our appointment for next time. I would recommend him to anyone.
