Dr. Strickland explained what he was doing, introduced his medical intern, and proceeded very efficiently.

1. Dr. Strickland brought in a medical student and did not offer a choice to have them present. It felt like "like it or lump it." . 2. Dr. Strickland spoke in very technical medical terms. While I appreciate that he assumed that I understood, most people would NOT understand. 3. His schedule Is probably not in his control, but he made It clear that he had very little time for me, even looking at his watch once. 4. I do appreciate that he also discussed an unrelated vascular issue for a few minutes.
