Dr. Duggal is amazing. She takes the time to listen to the patients and understand their problems. She does a very thorough examination and explains her thoughts/observations. She always provides opportunities for patients to talk through the issues and discusses those very patiently.

My experience at Novant Health Pineville Primary Care has truly been remarkable! Dr. Sonia Duggan is the best physician I've ever had. Her compassion and care have been incredible, and I recommend her to everyone. The entire team recently helped me get a last minute appointment and blocked off time for a procedure after my appointment. I truly felt taken care of and like my care was personalized for me. Please honor this clinic because they are truly the best.

I was called back within minutes of my appointment time but waited over 30 minutes to see the doctor.

From check in, nurse, Dr. Duggal, blood work. All were friendly, courteous, professional. It was a please experience all of the way through the process.

Time could be improved. Waited in the waiting room too long as well as in the room waiting for the doctor.

Dr. Duggal and her assistant (Amy) they are always very professional and personable. I feel as though they take their time and listen to what i have to say. The lady in the lab, is great. Usually when someone draws my blood, it takes a few times. Not with her! She does it right the first time. She always apologizes for hurting me. But she does not hurt me. No bruising or pain. I feel blessed to have this team of medical professionals.

She keeps me fully informed of all aspects of my treatments and medications, promptly reviews the results of my blood tests, and provides detailed guidance on steps that I should take before my next visit.
