It was my first visit with the provider as we are new to the area and she took the time with me together we discussed how to move forward in my care until we can establish history and see what will need to be changed further down the road

I appreciate all the staff nurses doctors RNs LPNs Etc I hope I didn't leave anyone out but anyway for showing me love and support and understanding my situation and what I'm going through and lifting me up keeping me happy.

Just the waiting had an appointment @11am did not get called back till 11:18 waited to see the provider saw the nurse first by 11:4O provider came In So overall did not get out of clinic untill 12:30 .just more communication ie they are busy ect

This is the first specialist I have had that treated me with the upmost respect, and listen to me and ask my feelings about any changes. Instead of telling what they are going to do for my treatment plan. Dr. Wallace is heaven sent and adds great value to Novant Health

The appointment was scheduled for almost an month after release from the hospital however they said they would call if there was a cancellation. There was a cancellation and I was able to get in two weeks earlier which was a miracle since I was struggling with some health issues that were address. I am very grateful for the clinic and Leshonda for helping me this far.
