I was atransferd from mint hill to Mathews for a gallbladder problem, they ended up taking out my gallbladder and I had to spend 2 nites there all the nurses were very attentive but my night nurse that worked from 7pm to 7am I forgot her name but she was awesome!

This facility is very efficient, the staff and doctors. It's always clean both the waiting areas and patient rooms. Dr. Gross is very pleasant and always follows up with you.

I’ve always had a great experience with my provider. If there comes an occasion she isn’t available I’m offered the opportunity to see another provider in the office and have great experiences with them as well. I’ve been seeing the doctors with this practice for over 20 years and always satisfied.

Pushpa is great she always takes the time to listen to my concerns. This was a follow-up visit post hospital. She always replies to her Messages and treats me like a person with feelings not like an obese person that just needs to lose weight ( like my prior provider at this office I left).
