Dr Alicia Beal is very helpful in all my appointments. She is also show me how to proceed with my treatments and very dedicated human beings I lover her .

Dr. Alicia Beal always listens and answers any questions that I have. She is very thorough in evaluating problems I have. I’m comfortable discussing any health concerns. I’m thankful to have her as my Primary Care Physician.

I really appreciate the fact that my feelings and thoughts of how my body was behaving was taken into account, valued and a plan taken accordingly to help solve the problem as quickly as possible. She listened and believed me. So many times, doctors get in a rut after seeing about a million patients with the same symptoms that week. They listen half heartedly, and they either don't believe them or they treat them how they want to no matter what the patient tells them, most likely doing the same thing they just did for all of the previous patients. Dr. Beal takes her time and cares about what she is doing for her patients.

Each visit I have to wait an extended period of time only to receive a lecture about how I need to eat only a plant based diet with fruits, “Eat the Rainbow”. This provider is very knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and really cares about her patients. Novant policies contribute greatly to the issues experienced regarding wait times and their management of care policies negatively have a direct negative impact on patients.

I always feel they are interested in me and my wellbeing.

This was my first time at Salem and my first visit with Dr. Beal. It was the most informative annual visit I’ve had in 20+ years of getting annual exams. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming to me and I sat down, was promptly called in. The entire appt went so smoothly! Dr Beal did a biopsy on a spot on my arm.
