Everything was fine - I appreciate the responsiveness of my physician and his staff. However, its important that you understand that overall trust will take time to rebuild - your practice and most other hospital owned medical practices suffered real damage when you pressured your staff to deny the reality of natural immunity, when you took the position that early treatment is a bad idea, and when you assumed that everyone should be treated the same dispite vast differences in DNA and medical history. I believe the individual doctors and nurses including my physician and his team did the best they could under horrible circumstances. Physician should never be encouraged to blindly trust health authorities. They need to be truly independent using their judgment to provide real informed consent on a personalized basis to every patient. I think that's the way they want to practice - please allow them to do so. Thank you

I had fasting blood work done and my appointment was at 4:00 pm. When I checked in, the receptionist was so nice and called Dr Warhaftig's nurse to see if I could have them drawn first. I had them drawn before my visit. When I came back to the waiting room, she had snack bar and bottled water waiting for me. I was so impressed with this staff members caring attitude. It just made my day. I must add, that it has always been a great experience coming for care at this office. All the staff is always so kind and Dr Warhaftig is great!

Since switching to Novant, my doctor had to spend an inordinate amount of time entering data. Novant needs to decrease the unrealistic expectation of interacting with the computer to allow interactions with the patient. Medicine is not all about the data. Especially for a GP. Let the Awesome GPS do their jobs and not be data entry clerks.
