Dr Munera listened to my issues and concerns and offered all options to me as well and fully explained each option. Also Esther is who I saw for my blood draw. She was super sweet and I didn’t feel a thing when she took my blood.

I really appreciate her patience with my questions

I would’ve appreciated getting charged for whatever copay I had when I first checked in like I normally do instead of days after my appointment I get a statement that I owe money. Also I would’ve liked that the check in receptionist was in her spot instead of a different area chatting with her friends/coworkers. She was probably distracted and that’s why she didn’t see that she copay.
