I really appreciate her patience with my questions

I would’ve appreciated getting charged for whatever copay I had when I first checked in like I normally do instead of days after my appointment I get a statement that I owe money. Also I would’ve liked that the check in receptionist was in her spot instead of a different area chatting with her friends/coworkers. She was probably distracted and that’s why she didn’t see that she copay.

The providers were on time and explained the procedure well. The PA explained the outcome of the procedure clearly as well as follow-up options. She answered questions I had.
