Mar 2024I had significant difficulty hearing instructions from the front desk staff. The large waiting room echoes and with the glass wall, it was nearly impossible to know what was said. I did ask for repeat, but 2nd explanations were not better. Stellar nursing staff. I appreciate their attentiveness and explanations. Dr Wilson asks good questions and gives adequate time for answers while listening to process. I greatly appreciated his approach.
