Dr. Hite and his staff are very courteous, professional and competent. I feel extremely blessed to have them as my doctor and staff.

Dr Hite is an incredible physician and I consider myself so fortunate to have him as my doctor. He is always totally prepared, answers all my questions and has a dialogue with me about my concerns and his strategy for treatment. Novant should consider itself very lucky to have him in its cardiology group.

Dr Hite ask me questions and answered my questions. He is working with me on a blood pressure issue He is very professional and is interested in helping with this issue. I came away with a very positive and a good feeling about this visit.

Called to schedule appointment after my mom's hospital stay from a TIA, Follow up from hospital visit. Was told that they should schedule right away. When I called to make appointment, the individual on the phone was challenging. It took 4 weeks from hospital release to see doctor. When I said, " I was told that after a hospital release, you are to get patient in right away?" She said, "we are so backed up that won't happen". In not the nicest tone. For clarification, LOVE our doctor and MA. Schedule department needs some training on scheduling appointments without showing frustration to the patient making the appointment

It has taken some time to finally feel like I have a personalized Dr at your facility. Dr. Hite is great and very informative. Listened to my concerns.

Finding out I was in Afib again was disappointing however. Dr. Hite was very informative about how we would handing the new occurrence. I am confident I am in good hands with Novant Heart.

Problem was with getting an appointment. First person I talked with was not helpful at all. Second person I talked to solved the problem.

100 pulse rate was a surprise to me, and so was articulation fibrillation that is more pronounced.

Having just moved to the Leland area, I was looking for a Cardiologist. I was definitely very happy making an appointment with Dr. Arnold Hite, Jr... Having met Him he made me feel most comfortable in meeting him, listened to me seemed very kind and was easy to talk to. I decided at that appointment to have him become my Cardiologist if and when I should need him in the future.

At this practice, follow up visits are not scheduled during the visit. I usually get informed that I'm overdue when making a prescription refill request and then it takes weeks or even longer to get an appointment.

He was very conscientious, knowledgeable and explained test results, future treatment plans, and was very reassuring

my only challenge was in reconnecting with the nurse/tech when the prescription was not called into cvs. I had to make at least three attempts to get it rectified and the cvs pharmacist had to contact optum to get an overide.

The scheduling process is unacceptable. I needed a return appointment in 3 months but was unable to schedule it because the appointment calendar didn't go out that far. I will need to call back in a month in order to schedule this appointment. So although I thought that the staff did a great job, I would give your schedule system an F.

My visit eased my mind and made me feel much better about my problem. Everyone was so nice.

Thought I was going to have a recommended echocardiogram. I was given a electrocardiogram and was told I would be scheduled for an echocardiogram within 3-5 business days. Still have not seen results from this visit.
